Where are you located?
We have two boutiques — one in Milan, Italy, and one in Verdun, Beirut, Lebanon. Both are open daily for walk-in visits.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes. We welcome commissions for weddings, birthdays, and private events. Contact us to discuss your vision and we will design something made just for you.
Do you ship internationally?
Our loukoum gift boxes ship internationally. Angel cakes are made fresh and are available for in-store collection in Milan and Beirut, or local delivery in Milan for a fee (see Shipping & Orders below).
Are your products suitable for dietary restrictions?
Our angel cake sponge is naturally dairy-free and fat-free. We are not currently able to offer gluten-free options. If you have other dietary requirements, please get in touch before ordering.
Angel Cake
What makes your angel cake different?
Our angel cake sponge is naturally dairy-free and fat-free — made without butter or cream in the base. It is exceptionally light, which is why we call it an angel cake.
How much does a custom celebration cake cost?
Custom celebration cakes range from €40 to €300, depending on size and design complexity. We're happy to work together with you to create something fully custom that fits your vision and budget.
Can I choose my topping?
Yes. We offer a range of toppings including caramelised pistachios, rose cream, matcha, and seasonal options. You can choose when placing your order.
How far in advance should I order?
Please order at least 2 days in advance — the earlier, the better, to make sure we can guarantee availability. For wedding commissions, please contact us at least 2 to 3 weeks ahead.
How should I store and serve my cake?
Keep your cake refrigerated and bring it to room temperature for 20 to 30 minutes before serving for the best texture and flavour.
Loukoum
What is loukoum?
Loukoum (also known as Turkish delight) is a traditional Middle Eastern confection — a soft, pillowy sweet dusted in icing sugar. Our recipe is inspired by the Lebanese tradition, made with natural flavourings.
What flavours do you offer?
We currently offer two flavours: Rose and Misk. Rose is delicately floral; Misk has a warm, resinous fragrance characteristic of Lebanese sweets.
Are the loukoum boxes suitable as gifts?
Absolutely. Our boxes are designed for gifting — elegant, compact, and presented to impress. They make a beautiful host gift or luxury treat.
Do the loukoum boxes ship internationally?
Yes. Our loukoum boxes are available for international shipping. Delivery times and costs vary by destination.
Shipping & Orders
What do you ship?
We currently ship our loukoum gift boxes internationally. Angel cakes are fresh-made and available for in-store collection in Milan and Beirut, or local delivery in Milan.
Do you offer local delivery in Milan?
Yes. Local delivery in Milan costs €20 and must be arranged at least 2 days in advance. We do not deliver on Sundays.
Is there a minimum order for catering?
Catering minimums vary by event size and menu. Email info@oslofoods.com with your event details and we'll confirm your options and any minimum.
How does payment work?
Payment is taken in full at the time your order is placed.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location. Standard international shipping typically takes 5 to 10 business days. You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.
How is my order packaged?
All orders are packed carefully to protect the contents during transit. Our loukoum boxes are wrapped to maintain freshness and presentation.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the damage and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
